This week we have been practising listening for syllables in our words. Syllables are chunks or beats of sound that you can hear when you are spelling words.

This is my spelling game that I was playing. I destroyed 3 words when I was practising spelling my word list. Next time I need to try and remember the letters in my words more quickly.

Netbook Reflection

• How has having a netbook connected to the internet helped my learning this year?

My netbook helps because the things that you don’t know of it can help me with it.           

Netbooks help us learn by putting our work on our blogs.  

I learnt how to tell the time from my teacher and the games she put on our site.

                                                        

   I learnt how to bookmark websites from my friend.

My mum helps me with my homework.  

I help my brother with his maths on the home computer.

Having my netbook helps me work all by myself.
