Private information we do not share online   e.g. home address, birth date, home phone number, full name. If we are not sure we keep it private

How Plants Grow Best ?

WAL: about how plants grow best


This is what I think about how plants grow.
We will be doing some experiments to find out if it is true.

1. How much sunlight do plants need to grow? 100% of sunlight.



2. Can plants grow in the shade? Can they grow inside?
yes plants can grow inside you can put the plant next to the window.


3. Can plants grow better by talking to them? Why?
no because plants can’t talk back.


4. Can plants grow in sand? or rocks? Why?
plants can grow in sand because it helps it grow.



5. How much water do plants need to grow? What type of water?
You need to water your plants twice a day tap water.


6. Can you feed plants food? If yes, what kind?
Yes you can feed plants food can give them water and dirt.

My Sleep Over

My mum and I are going to my aunt's house we went on Wednesday. I went to my aunt’s house so I can have fun playing with my cousin.

I woke up happy I put warm clothes on then we started to walk too ferndale rd when I got there I was tired from a long walk. I was allowed to stay for the night at my aunt’s house that night we went to sylvia park we were looking around. After that we went back home. My cousin and I
played with the lego. Then we had nachos for dinner and it was nice after that we played hide and  go seek in the dark Then we went to sleep.

The next morning we had to wake up early to take my aunt's friend to court.
I enjoyed my sleep over because I had fun playing lots of games.

Writing

My goals are:

  • use a wider variety of sentence beginnings and lengths in my writing.
  • Transfer ideas from my plan more consistently and logically to my draft.
  • Proof read my writing carefully for errors.



Reading

My goals are:
  • continue to practice my oral reading skills, and participate fully in group work and discussion in class .
  • further develop the ability to identify messages within texts.



Maths

My goals are:
  • continue to develop my understanding of place value and all whole numbers.
  • apply basic addition, subtraction and some multiplication facts to help problem solve.
